Efe Rakı’nın Hikayesi
Efe, Türkiye’de distile alkollü içki üretimindeki devlet
tekelinin kalkmasının ardından 2002 yılında rakı üretimi
için çalışmalarına başlamış ve hemen ardından 2004’te
Almanya ve Türkiye pazarlarında tüketicisiyle
buluşmuştur.
Üretime başladığı ilk günden bu güne kadar rakı
kültürünü canlandırmak ve yaşatmak için ürün ve
inovasyonlar geliştirmeye devam ediyor.
Damıtım Evi ve Üretim Süreçleri
İzmir Menderes’te 28.454 m2 alana kurulu
Damıtım Evi kapsamında; Anadolu’nun kaliteli
üzümleri, doğru şekilde mayalanmış şıra, kaliteli
anason ve mineral dengesi sağlanmış doğal su
kullanılarak rakının en iyisinin üretilmesi misyon
edinilmiştir.
